These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when purchasing tickets, attending Rewind experiences and engaging with Rewind Collective events.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased, events attended and experiences provided by Rewind Collective Ltd (“Rewind”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Rewind creates premium social experiences, events and hospitality-led experiences in collaboration with selected venues and partners.

By purchasing a ticket, registering interest, or attending a Rewind event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with any applicable venue policies and event-specific requirements.

Tickets are subject to availability and are only confirmed once full payment has been received and a valid booking confirmation has been issued.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all booking information provided is accurate and complete.

Tickets are issued for the specific event stated at the time of purchase and may only be used in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Different ticket categories, where available, may provide different access, benefits or inclusions as described at the time of purchase.

Rewind reserves the right to refuse or cancel ticket purchases where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent activity, unauthorised purchasing, abusive behaviour or circumstances that may negatively impact the safety or experience of guests and event partners.

3. Ticket Refunds, Cancellations and Event Changes

Unless otherwise required by law, tickets purchased for Rewind events are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued where:

  • Rewind cancels an event; or

  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Rewind reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event details where necessary, including:

  • Venue

  • Event timings

  • Entertainment

  • Programming

  • Event format

Where an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise stated.

Where significant changes are made to an event, Rewind will communicate these updates through appropriate channels.

4. Ticket Transfers and Resale

Tickets purchased for Rewind events are non-transferable unless expressly approved by Rewind in writing.

Tickets must not be:

  • Resold

  • Advertised for resale

  • Duplicated

  • Used for commercial purposes without prior approval

Any unauthorised resale or transfer may result in the ticket being cancelled and entry being refused.

Rewind accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through unofficial resale channels.

Rewind events are generally intended for guests aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated.

Guests may be required to provide valid photographic identification before entry.

Entry requirements, including age restrictions, dress codes and venue rules, may vary depending on the venue and event.

Dress code requirements will be communicated where applicable and may be determined in collaboration with the relevant venue.

Rewind reserves the right to refuse entry for inappropriate attire where it does not align with the requirements or standards of the event or venue.

Guests attending Rewind events must comply with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable venue policies.

Rewind works with carefully selected venues to deliver our experiences. Each venue may have its own requirements relating to entry, conduct, safety, licensing, dress code, age restrictions and use of facilities.

Where a venue’s terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the venue’s requirements will apply in relation to matters relating to venue operation and safety.

Rewind is committed to creating sophisticated, welcoming experiences for all guests. We reserve the right to take appropriate action where conduct does not align with the standards expected at our events.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Aggressive, threatening or abusive behaviour

  • Harassment, discrimination or intimidation

  • Illegal activity

  • Failure to follow venue or staff instructions

  • Behaviour that negatively impacts other guests or the event experience

  • Excessive intoxication or unsafe behaviour

Rewind and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests where necessary.

7. Photography and Filming

Photography and videography may take place at Rewind events.

By attending a Rewind event, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos or other content captured during the event.

Rewind may use captured content for promotional, marketing and communications purposes across channels including websites, social media and future promotional materials.

Guests who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify a member of the Rewind team upon arrival where possible, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests.

8. Alcohol and Licensed Premises

Alcohol service at Rewind events is managed by the relevant venue and is subject to applicable licensing laws and venue policies.

Guests must comply with all requirements relating to alcohol service.

The venue reserves the right to refuse alcohol service where required by law or venue policy.

Rewind supports responsible enjoyment of our events and expects guests to behave appropriately.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings while attending Rewind events.

Rewind accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

10. Liability

Rewind takes reasonable care to deliver high-quality experiences.

However, Rewind is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, supplier issues, weather conditions, legal requirements or other unforeseen circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

11. Events Outside Our Control

Rewind will not be responsible for failure or delay in delivering an event where caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This may include:

  • Extreme weather

  • Government restrictions

  • Venue closure

  • Supplier failure

  • Security concerns

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Where possible, Rewind will communicate any changes or updates as soon as reasonably practical.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
